Bess is one of the best kept secrets in Northern California and is a natural receiver out of the backfield with great open field speed in the clear and a good initial burst through the first level. Bess is twitchy in tight windows and can force poor angles outside the tackles while flashing patience behind his blocks inside and has true home-run speed once he breaks though. Bess has rushed for 980 yards and 9 touchdowns heading into the final two weeks of play and should hit the 1K mark by seasons end and draw some college attention.
