A lean offensive tackle with plenty of size and potential at 6-foot-5 285-pounds, Pickard is a promising tackle prospect who made the move this offseason from IMG Academy up to Milton. A physical lineman with good feet and above-average length, Pickard is fresh off a strong MVP Camp performance over the weekend. He’ll likely man the right side of the Milton offensive line this fall and has a chance to be one of the top 2028 tackle prospects in North Fulton. He can overpower defenders with his size, but he also moves well and an above-average athlete bound for a really strong junior season for the Eagles in 2026. Don’t be surprised is more D1 offers come his way this spring.

Pickard, moving into Milton from IMG Academy, is a massive player at 6’5 295 who will help bolster an already elite Milton offensive front. Pickard will probably project out as an IOL, but I think he could hold his own at all 5 spots given his strength and athleticism. He effortlessly displaces defenders, firing his feet and staying engaged through the whistle. He has the athleticism needed to tie his game together by occupying space in the second level and snapping off combo blocks. Pickard should sound P4 alarms over the next two years.
