Despite playing at a lighter weight than many of his peers, Dines was physical on the outside in the running game, a trait that allowed him to contribute as a box safety as well as a corner. His future is likely as a boundary corner, though he could probably flex down into the slot as well, thanks to impressive change-of-direction. Dines entered our rankings after a film review of our former watchlist defensive backs.
