He has outstanding instincts, a high football IQ, and natural playmaking ability that allows him to impact games whenever the ball is in the air. Expect Dines to emerge as one of the top defensive playmakers in the region this season.

Despite playing at a lighter weight than many of his peers, Dines was physical on the outside in the running game, a trait that allowed him to contribute as a box safety as well as a corner.
