Sporting one of the best motors from our senior D-line class, Bell has taken his game to new levels this Fall season and developed into one of the best defensive tackles prospects in the state. The Lions senior big man has been a consistent disruptor this season that gets into the backfield using his active hands, athleticism and upper body power that opposing O-linemen have a tough time blocking. Bell is a mature young man that knows how to play his role and do what is asked of him up front. He gives his all on every play with a physical, violent mindset that college D-line coaches would love to work with. Development has definitely been seen out of Bell this season and he is just scratching the surface. He can get bigger and stronger while continuing to enhance his game play. I think it may be tough for Chattanooga to hang on to him before signing day but if they do, they will be getting a steal and a future starter along their defensive line.

Stats: 10 tcks, 3 TFL, 3 QBH & 2 sacks

Last week during the Lions road win over Pope Prep, Bell was an absolute monster in the trenches that the Knights offensive line could not handle. Whether it was stuffing the run or getting after the quarterback, Bell was constantly in the Pope Prep backfield making plays or forcing the action to his teammates. It was a stellar opening game from this current Chattanooga commitment as it showed how much Bell has improved and how he could be ready to take that next step in his progression. If the Lions senior D-lineman continues to perform like he did in “Week One”, I would not be surprised to see D1 programs start to take notice and extend potential offers.
