Mack is an excellent processer and he fits the ball into tight windows. He will test a defense and will stress them across the entire field. Mack has a quick release and he is a signal caller who potentially could get three years of varsity film. He’s a signal caller who has moxy and has the arm talent to back it up.

Out of Box Elder High School, is a 5’9″, 165-pound rising talent who is already making great strides toward a very bright future at Box Elder High School. Watching him operate, the first thing that jumps out is his high football IQ for his age; he does an excellent job of reading coverages and clearly sponges up everything there is to learn about the game. He has a great natural arm, but it is his accuracy that truly sets him apart from other quarterbacks. Whether he is kept clean in the pocket or forced to throw on the move, he consistently delivers a highly accurate ball with some really good zip behind it. Davis pairs that arm talent with disciplined footwork, doing a great job of always keeping his body in the proper position to throw. Heading into his freshman year, he is absolutely a kid that everyone in the area needs to keep a close eye on. If he keeps developing on this track, we could see him break all sorts of passing records at Box Elder once he gets his chance to lead the offense.

With his patented backwards hat on, Mack was excellent on the evening. The ball jumps out of his hands, and he makes all the necessary throws you want to see. He hit the hole shot when asked of him, and he throws with good velocity and spins it nicely. He knows when to throw with velocity and when to layer it in. He’s an exciting prospect in the 2030 class, and he should make an impact at the JV/SO level right away. Mack is a fun player with a great ceiling.

Mack is a fun player and one who let’s it rip and trusts his read and his arm. He processes well and does a good job of going through his progressions and isn’t afraid to take the deep shot. He’s a signal caller who has the arm needed and will zip it in and knows when to take some velocity off and layer his throws. He’s a fun talent and it will be fun to watch him compete for the next few years.
