Lorontae Davis
About Lorontae
Expert Analysis
Marcus Benjamin | Prep Redzone Scout
The Palm Beach Gardens transfer, now at West Boca, is a high-level receiver with elite ball skills. He also has tremendous balance after catching the football and is tough to bring to the ground.
“Nomo” is a good route-runner who effectively gets open in zone or man-to-man coverage. On off-script plays, Davis is constantly moving, allowing his quarterback to find him in open spaces. He is a top-tier talent with a high ceiling.

Lorontae is another wideout who has started making some noise that the national level. Coming out of Riviera Beach, Fla., Lorontae is a shifty 5’10 and 155 pounds. He is already being recognized as one of the best wideouts in the class of 2027 with his UA Next Game selection back in January. With him being one of the faster wideouts that I have evaluated, Lorontae is a smooth runner who can blow the top off of any coverage. A big play threat, he has proven that he can generate big plays through deep routes or in quick game. Most importantly, Lorontae has natural ball skills. So no matter where the ball is thrown, Lorontae is going to find a way to win the reception and keep moving the ball downfield. From what I have seen, Lorontae is going to be a huge prospect in the coming years. I would not be surprised to see him rack up some big time accolades in the process.
