Lexton came into the Valley City LOS Camp as our third ranked EDGE rusher in the North Dakota 2028 class and by the end I felt he moved the needle to be up higher than that. He brought not only fiery hands getting off blocks but over time watching rep after rep from Lexton you could see the progression he made especially gaining better positioning to getting ideal pursuit angles to make tackles in the box. He’s surely one that the live eval really puts him as a 2028 prospect that could move up double-digit spots by our next 2028 rankings update.

Lexton is one I am fired up about out this group that is my EDGE3 in this 2028 class. The 6’2 190 pounder from Velva Drake-Anamoose-Garrison has a great release off the edge and is problem for blockers and quarterbacks in the backfield as I love this kid’s athleticism from start to finish of the reps I have gotten to watch. Another area that Lexton excels at is with his very high motor that seems to hammer down on every rep he’s given as he can also get just about sideline to sideline with what he shows off. He’s got soft agile hands that surely could be a big jumper by next update as long as he adds more frame to his body type.
