Levi took a step forward in his game this year. The internal clock slowed down for him, and he was able to process defenses at a much faster clip. He did a good job of keeping the offense in a flow state and got the ball out on time, and had good ball placement. He’s a pure pocket passer, but he can move around within the pocket and is comfortable with the rush in his face. He took the necessary steps.
Levi has done a good job running the offense this year. He throws a good intermediate to deep ball and has good ball placement. He’ll need to keep the offense in rhythm as Timpanogos has an aggressive defense.
Levi has done a tremendous job this year and has a full understanding of the playbook and which allows him to be calm under pressure. He gets to his second read, will manipulate a safety, throws with good anticipation, and will keep the offense in a rhythem and a good flow state. He’s been efficient and does a good job and stressing the defense when he needs to, and will work the entire field. He’s primed to continue his hot streak in region play.
Shaw got good experience last year, and that’ll set him up for the upcoming season. He has done well this offseason, and is processing at a faster clip, and is showing improved accuracy. His ball placement has been much better, and he is taking deep shots. He is primed for a big season.
Shaw is an athletic prospect with the size, arm strength and footwork to play the position. Has a slow wind up delivery that gives the ball a tight spiral with speed. Shows anticipation to throw receivers and accuracy on touch, power and rip throws. Mobility to move around the pocket, scramble and throw on the run. Shaw is a duel threat type passer that can also make plays with his legs.
