Anguiano is a powerful runner in between the tackles, he plays with excellent pad level and he has great contact balance that enables him to break tackles frequently to spring big runs. He has the speed to make big plays in the running game. Anguiano has great hands that enables him to be a threat in the Prosper passing game out of the backfield. His playmaking ability will be a key asset as the Prosper Eagles look to make a deep playoff run.

Anguiano is shifty in space, he has excellent short area quickness and he has the ability to go from 0 to 100 real quick. He runs with excellent pad level and he is a powerful runner who breaks arm tackles easily. Leonel runs with a purpose, he has a toolbox full of moves that he uses to make defenders miss in the open field and he can turn a short run into a big play for six. Anguiano is a skilled receiver out of the backfield who runs crisp routes. He was a key cog in the Prosper offense that made a playoff appearance in 2023. He was selected 2nd Team All-District in a district that included, Allen, Denton Guyer and McKinney. Leonel returns to help lead the way for Prosper in his senior season. He picked up offers from Oklahoma Baptist and McMurray this offseason.
