Mr. Lawrence Benson Lawrence Benson RB/DB IL is fast fast! I saw him run his first 40 with not a great start or stance to just record a 4.65. His demeanor is soft spoken, however, the wind screams when he runs. The second time he ran was out of a much better stance and he flirted with breaking 4.5. I wanted to see if this speed could be controlled during RB drills with cutting and everyone and he did well. Lawrence also competed in 1 on 1’s and I honestly think the QB’s couldn’t gage how fast he could accelerate. Needless to say he caught my attention and I feel his name will come up in the future as he matures and adds more tools in the box.
