About Landon

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’d say my gameplay style is smart and flexible. I like to think ahead and figure out the best way to help my team win. I’m not always the one rushing in first, but I pay attention, fill in where I’m needed, and try to make smart moves. Whether it’s planning, supporting, or reacting fast in tough situations, I stay focused and adjust based on what’s going on. I’m all about working together.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’d describe my personality in-game as calm, laid-back, and focused. I don’t get stressed easily, and I try to keep a cool head even when things get intense. I don’t rush into things—I take my time, think things through, and make smart moves. I like to stay chill, play smooth, and focus on getting the job done without all the extra hype. I’m the type of player that stays steady.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of Little Rock Sigma Beta Club of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Over time, I’ve developed strong skills in leadership, teamwork, and giving back to my community. As a member of the Sigma Beta Club, I’ve learned how to lead with confidence, represent myself well, and support my peers through mentorship and service projects. Being part of Grace Missionary Baptist Church’s Media Ministry has helped me become more responsible and dependable.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, one major challenge I faced was when my grandmother had a massive stroke. I helped my grandfather and mom take care of her while keeping up with school, Sigma Beta Club, and the Media Ministry at Grace Missionary Baptist Church. It was a tough time, but it taught me how to be responsible, stay focused, and support my family through difficult moments.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for an HBCU with a strong Cybersecurity program and a supportive community. Schools like Grambling State, UAPB, Jackson State, Mississippi Valley State, and Southern University interest me because they offer great academics and a chance to connect with others. I want a place where I can grow, learn hands-on, and prepare for a tech career.
