Landen Combs is a dominant defensive lineman out of Ardmore that has quickly emerged as one of the state’s top sophomore DL prospects. Combs is off to a great start this season, through the first few weeks he’s already put together some great tape against some tough opponents. Combs is a dynamic lineman that can put pressure on the quarterback and eliminate any threat in the run game. At 6’1 250, Combs has a lot of athleticism he uses to bully offensive linemen and make plays. Combs plays with a lot of speed, power, and physicality- he’s constantly driving linemen into their backfield to make plays behind the line of scrimmage. Combs is a talented prospect that we are going to have to keep track of. As an underclassman, he already is making a big impact and he’s only going to keep getting better.
