Expert Analysis
Cory Lemer | Prep Redzone Scout
The Poly Prep athlete, can play across the defense, and has been a valuable athlete for his squad. Standing at 6’3″ 185-Pounds, he can fit a LB/DB role, and a hybrid type athlete is who I see in him. Marshall is taking his talents to Middlebury College for both Football and Baseball.
He has some serious skills on the diamond, but on the football field, he is a versatile athlete who can make an impact on any defense. Marshall is an athletic LB, who can mainly play an OLB position. His coverage ability is my biggest plus with him. He displays an outstanding ability, paired with fluid hips to cover TE, and RB’s. He is a real threat on the defensive side of the ball, and Middlebury is getting a star athlete on defense.
Congratulations Kobi!

Athletic OLB who uses his lateral movement ability to his advantage when chasing ball carriers behind the LOS. Certainly, the coverage ability was a major benefactor that was shown on tape. The ability to drop and use his fluid hips to match up on TEs and WRs showed at a good rate. Made incredible INTs on tape. Further, Marshall was physical coming off the LOS with speed to blitz coming off the edge. Read and reacts with patience and aggressiveness if it needs to be present.
