Johnson was a solid performer who showed me that he knows everything that is going on and can compete at a very high level. Johnson was one of the names that I was intrigued to watch play live, and he was one of my favorite performers at the event. He barely failed on any reps, and the ones that he fell short on, he fixed the next go around. Johnson is one of the more disciplined QBs from this event.

Kingston Johnson showed up and showed out in Houston this weekend. The QB MVP from The Boot was letting it fly in 1v1’s and 7v7’s. He has a quick release and gets good velocity on the ball. King is very athletic and it shows in his footwork, but what really popped to me was his arm strength. There wasn’t a throw that he couldn’t make out there, specifically great touch on deep balls. He’ll garner even more attention this upcoming season.
