He is a physical runner with a low center of gravity and a powerful lower half, allowing him to run through contact and maintain balance. Teague gets downhill quickly but also shows lateral agility with effective jump cuts.

His vision and patience are key traits that he displays consistently, and he contributes as a pass-catching option out of the backfield.
