An explosive, versatile ball-carrier from Statesboro who ended his final season in a big, big way, Childers is a shifty back who can catch, run, and play all over the field. One of the best backs in the area, Childers had an incredibly consistent season this fall, rushing for at least 100 yards in six games. He also rushed for an impressive 25 touchdowns, running for at least one in every single game. The dynamic back rushed for at least two touchdowns in eight games this fall while also helping out of the backfield, catching 18 passes for 227 yards.

An electric runner and one of the fastest running backs in the Statesboro area, Childers is a small-town back slicing up defenses on a consistent basis to start the 2025 season. He’s a slippery back with impressive vision, burst, and breakaway speed. The sleeper senior has rushed for 587 yards and 11 touchdowns through the first five games of the season. He’s scored at least one touchdown in every game and has hit the 100-yard mark in three of his five games. His best game came against Bradwell where he ran for 215 yards and three touchdowns during a big Statesboro victory.
