Phelps came into the camp as an unknown but left as a player to watch over the coming off-season months. The Bears rising senior had himself a solid day at the #PRZTN combine where he ran one of the fastest times among the running backs while also displaying the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield. Phelps, while undersized, does have a physically well built body and frame that could work on the next level. It will be interesting to see how he develops over the off-season months and into the Fall football year.
