Schrader exploded onto the scene this Fall, putting up big time numbers at his smaller school and showed that he can make a big impact at the next level. He held offers from the likes of Ottawa, Carlton, McPherson and Clarke, among others but decided to commit to the College of Idaho and be apart of their always heavy class of elite in-state players they are able to keep home.

Schrader has had quite a busy off-season since the conclusion of his Senior season, and has picked up offers from Ottawa, College of Idaho, McPherson and Culver-Stockton among others. He is a very good overall athlete with pocket mobility, arm strength downfield and knows when to tuck it and run. Schrader is an All-Conference kid and ended his Senior season with 2,500+ yards passing and 30 TD’s while tacking on another 500+ yards rushing on the ground.

Schrader has been picking up some offers as of late from the likes of regional NAIA and D3 schools, and most recently was offered by Ottawa University. He is a versatile athlete that can play multiple positions, but should make a positive impact early at the college level behind center.
