This 27 prospect can be described as a do it all or 3 down back. His full array of skills was on display the entire camp. Julius is very quick twitch with great change of direction, but I was most impressed with his abilities in the pass game. Julius looked good in indy’s, simulating blocks and blitz pickups. He took that a step further with his route running coming out of the backfield and his ability to separate from linebackers and safeties. He solidified all of that, attacking the ball in the air, pulling it in showcasing his hands and ball skills. Hoskins has some really good speed and is a great overall athlete which I think can partially be attributed to his illustrious track and field background.
