Another do-it-all prospect who deserves more recognition, Horne is one of the top returning 2027 three-way athletes in Dekalb County who is coming off an outstanding sophomore season on offense. As a receiver, he brings above-average speed, burst, and plays bigger than his 5-foot-10 175-pound frame. He can break tackles after the catch with a strong feel for the position. Horne caught 31 passes as a sophomore last season for 446 yards and two touchdowns with a chance to have a “breakout” season in 2025.

A promising three-way player who can also make plays on defense and special teams, Horne is a metro-Atlanta athletw who found a way to make plays no matter where he was lined up at wide receiver. He shows reliable hands, can pick up yards after the catch, and is one of the top returning 2027 wide receivers in the area. He finished his sophomore season with 31 catches for 446 yards and two touchdowns, but those numbers should increase in a big way next fall as a junior.
