Expert Analysis
Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
A small-town defender who consistently made plays in the backfield last season, Solomon fires off the snap, plays with good leverage, and was one of the best pass rushers in Middle Georgia for members in the 2027 class. He shows quick hands, above-average athleticism, and knows how to tackle. He plays with a high motor, and mixed with his length and physical style of play, Solomon made it easy for us to add him to the latest 2027 Prep Redzone rankings. As a junior last fall the 6-foot-2 240-pounder made 70 tackles, 12 TFLs and 6.5 sacks. He also forced three fumbles during his giant 2025 season and is now ranked as the No. 19 DL prospect in the state.

A small-town defensive end from Hawkinsville coming off a really strong regular season, Solomon plays with a level of explosiveness off the snap and uses his length and quick hands to disengage with opposing linemen and make his way to the ball-carrier. He plays hard, he’s strong, and will only get better and better into his senior season next year. He was one of the more productive defenders in the region this season and showed that he’s one of the top pass-rushers in the area. Solomon made 66 tackles this fall with 12 TFLs and 6.5 sacks to go along with 23 more quarterback pressures. He’s a 2027 EDGE defender on the rise who will be added to the next 2027 Prep Redzone rankings.
