At 6’4″, John brings rare size to the defensive back position and uses his length to make life difficult for opposing receivers. He has the frame to contest throws at the catch point and does a good job using his reach when playing the ball. John can cover ground in the secondary and has shown the ability to stay involved when the action moves downfield. His combination of size, length, and coverage ability gives him an intriguing skill set on the back end.
