Tuttle has been exceptional for Arlington so far this season. Listed as a defensive back, he was a quality DB for them last year and still is this year, but the difference through his senior season has been his performance and film offensively and on special teams. His athleticism stands out – he shows really good twitch and open-field vision. As a receiver, he has great ball skills and a big-time catch radius, with the ability to go up and make plays high and point the football in traffic. Tuttle is a prospect that has taken every advantage of seeing the ball even more.

I like Tuttle’s two-way ability for Arlington. Their WR room was stacked this past year but Tuttle should take a more featured role this season. His defensive back tape from last season is where you see a lot of the traits that can translate to the next level. Tuttle is explosive and shows bursts when he cuts and breaks. He has a solid catch radius, evidenced multiple times on tape on either side of the ball. Tuttle is a good athlete who knows how to control his athleticism to make plays.

Tuttle was another completely new prospect to me and I was really impressive by the Arlington product. He is a two-way performer at WR as well but I think his quickness, instincts in coverage, and ball skills make him a quality recruitable CB prospect.
