Johnson may not have had the season he hoped for this past fall, but the potential is still obvious. He’s shifty, has elite speed, and can break the big one. His 1400 rushing yards and 4 TDs to this point are okay, but if he stays on the field as a Senior and plays to his potential he’ll bounce right back and prove to be the back to get from the area.

Johnson is an explosive back who has been incredibly productive his first 2 years in high school ball. He’s got fantastic vision and can stick his foot in the ground to change direction as good as anyone. He’s shifty and can make just about anyone miss as well. If he gets to the edge, watch out because he has the speed to house it. He’s averaged 7.7 YPC to this point in his career and seems to only be getting better with age.
