Notes: Harris burst onto the scene as a Junior last season and is one of the more high upside players in the backend across the entire state. He has elite length and athletic abilities for his size while extremely physical on the LOS and has elite ball skills and PBU abilities with recovery speed and length if beat downfield. He is a no-brainer P4 caliber prospect and a big time steal for the Cougs and this new staff under Coach Moore and is going to have a monster senior season for a always tough Manteca squad.

At 6’3″ and 175 pounds, Harris brings rare length and versatility to the secondary. He leads the section and ranks #2 in the state with 8 interceptions, adding 7 pass breakups, 55 tackles, and 8 tackles for loss — production that highlights both his range and playmaking instincts. His length allows him to match up with bigger receivers while maintaining the fluidity to cover in space, excelling in both man and zone concepts. Despite his tall frame, he plays with impressive pad level and leverage, showing discipline in his technique and strong tackling fundamentals. His leaping ability and reach make him dangerous at the catch point, consistently challenging throws and winning contested plays. With his combination of size, athleticism, and ball skills, he projects as a high-ceiling defensive back capable of impacting multiple spots in the secondary at the next level.
