Jayden’s coach sent me his stats and highlights and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. At the time of this article, Jayden has 63 catches, over 1,200 yards and 20 total touchdowns. He displays a great ability to rack up yards in a hurry after the catch. He has great vision and a burst of speed that allows him to blow by defenders. On top of being a good receiver, he also does well in the kick return game. This is a versatile kid that can play all over the field and be productive. I recommend NAIA/D3/JUCO schools should be doing their homework and extending offers!

Jayden could be a bit of a sleeper in these rankings. He’s the starting Quarterback and Safety at Leslie, and it’s safe to day he’s the team MVP. On offense, he’s a solid small-school QB who honestly doesn’t project to the college level. At safety, Jayden has a lot of positive traits. First off, Jayden reacts quickly to the outside run and occasional screen pass. He explodes toward the ballcarrier and is one of the better run-stopping DBs. As for pass defense, Jayden has a few solid interceptions off of bad throws from the opposing QB.
I really like Jayden’s upside. I think he could be a good college prospect, but I don’t have enough information to paint a full picture. I’m really looking forward to Jayden’s senior season and I’d love to see him receive offers.
