King is an intriguing back because he’s not the biggest guy, but his playmaking ability and short-area quickness put him in position to make plays all over the field. He accelerates quickly and doesn’t lose momentum when he cuts. He’s able to shoot through smaller holes and put the defense in tough spots. He can make defenders miss in the open field and send them the other way as he blows by them. He’s had success running in between the tackles as well as bouncing the ball outside and stretching the defense horizontally. His 412 rushing yards and 3 TDs were a good start as he rotated in getting his feet wet.
