Another Kalamazoo area stud in the trenches! Jakari is a big and powerful athlete that can get out and block in the open space, pass set and keep pass rushers in front of him, or be a road grader in the run game. He’s extremely aggressive, looking to finish blocks and punish anyone that steps in his way. He maintains an extremely high ceiling at the next level and has a shot at boosting his stock even more this offseason. Definitely a P-4 ceiling, could end up a blue-chip guy by next fall.

There’s a consensus that Jakari is a phenomenally talented offensive lineman. Can’t beat the frame, can’t beat the bend, and that tenacity is unreal. A super powerful, unrelenting offensive lineman that just about every college in the country wants to offer. I’ve heard mixed things about Jakri’s fundamentals, but there’s zero argument about his power, bend, and size. Arguably the highest upside of any offensive lineman in this class.

Eight Division 1 offers for Jakari, all of which have come in the past 40 days.
On tape, Jakari’s size and physicality show up. Play after play of absolutely dominant physical play. Whenever Jakari is able to get his hands on a defender, you better bet he’s driving the guy back 5+ yards. He’s one of the best offensive linemen in Michigan when it comes to straight-up power.
I beleive Jakari needs to vastly improve his footwork, pad level, and all-around balance, especially when pass blocking. I trust these are things he’s worked hard on this offseason.
