He may be slightly undersized, but Alston is a playing cover back with terrific ball skills with natural instinct in coverage. He runs well, can really jump, and does a great job of getting his head turned around down the field and finding the ball. When he does, he knows how to make a play on it. In addition to making 20 tackles, Alston has picked off six passes this year. He intercepted a jaw-dropping four passes against Glenn Hills and picked of two more against Heritage. He’ll see a new ranking come his way in the next 2028 Prep Redzone rankings.
