Jacoby enters his first varsity season with an exciting opportunity to make his mark. His mobility gives him another dimension at quarterback, allowing him to escape pressure, extend plays and pick up yards when nothing is available downfield. There will be a learning curve as he adjusts to the speed of varsity football, but his ability to create and make plays with his legs gives him a strong foundation to build from. He’s a player I’m looking forward to watching develop throughout the season.
