Conley is a dual-threat at quarterback, actively looking to do damage with his legs. He excels in what looks like an offense that uses the double-wing formation a lot. Conley’s mobility and toughness stands out for a player his size. His first highlight from 48 yards out shows his impressive vision and power by bursting through traffice, making multiple defenders miss, breaking tackles on his way to teh end zone. I think his success with play-action passes (shown in his highlights) is attributed to the fact that defenses respect his team’s rushing attack and him as a funner. He makes good decisions on option plays, RPO’s, and scramble situations. Is he more of an athlete than quarterback. Is he an effective quarterback? Absolutely.
