The elder of one of the best RB duos in the country, Lee started his senior campaign off with a great performance, amassing over 100 total yards and 2 rushing TDs. After a dominant 1,400-yard junior season, the Vandy commit looks to continue demonstrating his elite power-speed combo and great contact balance. Expect him to be a pivotal piece in this matchup.
With a high-waisted and powerful frame, Lee is one of the most underrated running backs in the nation. The Tigers’ tailback showcases great lower-body contact balance and a smooth slasher running style. Izayah is intentional in his cuts and displays the ability to re-accelerate after breaking down. He also utilizes a plethora of moves to shake tacklers, effective with his hop-cuts, stiff arms, and stutter steps. Additionally, you really have to love the ferocity and motor Lee pounds the rock with. After over 1,400 yards and 27 touchdowns last year, Lee will lead an elite backfield duo as Lancaster seeks to turn things around this season. The senior standout is committed to suit up for the Vanderbilt Commodores at the next level.
Lee is a smart, instinctive runner with elite balance and short-area quickness. He excels at finding creases and making defenders miss in tight spaces. His contact balance and vision make him a consistent chain-mover, with the burst to turn small gains into big plays.
A strong, elusive runner with a lethal stiff arm, Lee is tough to bring down and excels in open space. He holds offers from TCU, SMU, Arizona State, West Virginia, Kansas State, and Missouri, and is one of the top rushers in Texas for the 2026 class.
Lee has set the tone for the Tigers in the backfield this season. He is a downhill runner who has the power to break arm tackles, he has excellent pad level in the hole and when he gets in the open field he has the speed to take it to the house. Lee has a killer stiff arm and he punishes defenders with his power running in close quarters. Lancaster picked up it’s first win of the season against Mesquite Horn and Lee’s 147 yards and 5 touchdowns were a big reason the Tigers were successful. As they head into a pivotal game against Cedar Hill, look for Lee to get plenty of carries and he is a player to watch in the DFW area in week five.
