At 6’1”, 188 pounds, 2029 running back Isiah Mills is on track to do some special things, and during the Exposure Series Camp he showed impressive flashes of his potential. Mills displayed a strong combination of size, athleticism, and natural playmaking ability throughout the event. His 8’8” broad jump highlighted his lower-body explosion and ability to generate power, while his frame and physical tools give him tremendous upside as he continues to develop. In drills and competition settings, Mills showed good hands out of the backfield, body control, and the ability to move fluidly in space. With his length, athletic profile, and developing skill set, Mills is a young prospect with a very bright future ahead.

Mills had a smooth, controlled showing throughout camp, especially during drill work where his movement really stood out. He stayed light on his feet, transitioned cleanly in space, and showed a natural rhythm when changing direction without losing balance or speed.
In individual periods, he looked comfortable staying in phase and didn’t look rushed through his backpedal or breaks. His body control allowed him to stay consistent through each rep, and he showed good focus in keeping his technique tight from start to finish.
