The smallest of the 2029 prospects featured in this write up, Foxworth is listed at just 5-foot-4 and 115-pounds but had a strong season for the Hawthorne Cubs in 2024. While the Cubs finished just 2-7 this year, landing them tied for 12th in the 14-team North Bergen Junior Football League (NBJFL), Foxworth contributed in all three phases of the game. One of three Cubs named an NBFL All-Star, he shined brightest as a Cornerback but did play well at WR and in the return game as well. His lack of size was a benefit at times, as he was able to hide behind blockers with ease.
