A workhorse with a hard hit. Quick to the ball and fast laterally.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

A workhorse. Nothing great is given, it’s earned. Always competing to win.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Michigan West Wrestling Club for 5 years. Presidents Academic Award.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I became a Leader of the football team and the captain of the D-fence helping me learn to work together as one unit. Multiple hours of community service around St. Joseph.

What type of college are you looking for?

A place where having a brotherhood is priority and winning games at a high level.

Codde is a very similar player to Gavin and Brock. He’s an off-ball linebacker who excels in stuffing the run.

He can scrape, fill, and tackle. Plus, he’s a hard hitter. In addition, I see above-average speed and athleticism. Isaac has a few highlights where he displays excellent pursuit and a good tackle- showcasing that athleticism. Plus, he has far more pass coverage highlights than the average off-ball linebacker. Coupled with his 6’0″ height, Isaac has a fighting chance to earn Division 2 attention this Spring.

I’m very excited to see Isaac’s 2024 highlight tape. His 2023 tape showed some promising stuff as a decently reactive off-ball MLB. Based on his tape and measurables, I’d call Isaac a good D3 prospect. This offseason, I was able to view testing numbers. Pound for pound, he was the 2nd-best tester at the Western Michigan camp. That said, he has room to play a whole lot faster and make a ton more plays next season. I’m ranking him based on projection, and I look forward to seeing Isaac meet my expectations.
