Hills is a very good sized athlete that can play multiple positions and has a huge catch radius and physical play-style when getting open downfield. He has a strong frame and is physical after the catch while a mismatch nightmare downfield with high-point abilities and strong hands when boxing out smaller defenders. He could very well end up turning into a plus athlete at the tight end position and is a very smooth route runner that catches everything and can run a variety of different routes downfield with a high IQ against zone coverage and is tough to take down due to contact balance and a physical running style. Hills is going to be a nice late steal for a college program and is a very intruiging prospect with untapped potential and upside.
