When the lights were on, he rose to the moment and made his presence felt. Harley understands what it means to be explosive off the line, immediately putting pressure on DBs and forcing them into recovery mode. He does a great job attacking the defender’s leverage opposite of where he’s trying to go, setting up his routes to create clean separation. Harley consistently demonstrates the ability to high-point the ball, using timing and body control to secure catches over defenders. As he took reps at defensive back, Harley demonstrated strong instincts, proper leverage, and the ability to react quickly to receivers’ movements.

Harley delivered an over-dominant performance from start to finish, earning Offensive MVP honors with a showing that separated him from the field. Measuring 5’11”, 172 pounds, Harley stood out immediately with his explosive movements, smooth change of direction, and ability to stay balanced and under control throughout Wide Receiver positional work.
When the competition intensified Harley continued to raise his level of play. He attacked drills with confidence, played fast in space, and showed a physical edge that made him difficult to match up against. He also showed his versatility as a two-way player by getting reps at DB. He will be an impact player in the Class of 2030.
