Piercy added a D-III offer from Pacific this month. The 6’2″/205 senior leads Rancho Buena Vista’s defense in tackles (45 solo), sacks (13.5), and TFLs (18) in his breakout season. He was a standout performer at the PRZ CA Showcase back in January and has continued to raise his stock with his play on the field this fall. He’s a disruptor on the front-seven that packs great speed and athleticism as a rusher. Piercy holds other offers from Kansas Wesleyan and Bethel College.

Piercy is San Diego’s leading sack producer through four weeks with 7 in three games. The 6’2″/200 EDGE put his name on the 2026 CA watchlist with his standout performance at the PRZ CA Showcase in January and is looking like an improved pass-rusher early into his senior season. He’s an athletic rusher that brings some speed and quickness of the edge. He can beat slower-moving OTs off the ball with his first step and does a good job of coming off blocks to set the edge as a run defender. He could be more proactive with his initial punch at the POA but shows some flashes of counter-moves in his arsenal. Piercy picked up D-III offers from Bethel College and Kansas Wesleyan this month.

Piercy is probably an outside linebacker if he plays at the next level, but worked out with the defensive linemen since he is primarily an edge rusher. He was the quickest of the group and changed directions easily at the drop of a dime. Piercy improved as the day went on and has a motor. This is a big offseason in the weight room for Piercy who could be really dangerous if he added some power rushing moves to his arsenal.
