Jones who is one of the top running backs in the CCS and has been a top regional rusher for the past several years is enjoying a nice senior season where he is once again atop the rushing ranks in the section. He is a versatile runner and excellent receiver out of the backfield who can get open from the slot and has real home run speed while running tough inside the tackles. Jones has been stacking good weeks through the first five games and had another stellar showing against Branham rushing for 135 yards and 5 touchdowns in a blowout victory. Jones is a offer now guy that should be fielding more college attention from the NAIA+ ranks and is going to be a very nice get for a college program late in the process.

Jones is one of the best available backs across northern California and has been dominating the central coast section competition for the last couple years. He is a natural ball carrier with outstanding body control and balance through traffic, has a nice initial burst and good vision in tight spaces while showing cutback abilities and stays patient behind his blocks. Jones shows he can start/stop quickly and make tacklers miss in the hole while having a open field gear in the clear as well with breakaway speed. Out of the backfield he is a natural pass catcher, has some wiggle after the catch and can make tacklers miss in the open field in one on one situations. overall he will be one of the top rushers across the CCS this fall, and is going to be another next level steal.
