A playmaking senior defensive back from South Georgia having a giant senior season, Causey is a ball-hawk in the secondary who plays the ball well and brings natural playmaking ability in coverage. The lean, active defensive back can play all over the secondary and is having a big 2025 season so far, picking off four passes through his first three games. He intercepted three passes against Bacon County and one more against Mitchell County. He’s a ball magnet who can catch and pick up quick yards the other way. He’s one of the more underrated defensive backs in South Georgia who is now ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 70 DB prospect in the state.

An impressive South Georgia cornerback coming off a terrific junior season, this sure-handed defender was a turnover machine last season, picking off an eye-opening six passes in coverage. He shows good footwork, natural instincts, and plays the ball like a receiver. He was a major weapon on defense who earned 1st-team All-Region honors last season. He also made 61 tackles last season and will be one of the top returning defenders in the area for the 2025 season.
