Frank is a running back who can run the rock the way you want to see it done. He is very quick out of the backfield and has the footwork to make sharp cuts without losing much speed. When a lane closes, Frank can plant his foot and get himself into another running lane.

What stands out on film is how naturally he moves with the ball in his hands. He has good vision, gets downhill quickly and can make defenders miss in tight spaces. Frank also shows the ability to bounce a run outside when he sees an opportunity and has enough burst to turn those cuts into big plays. He is a back who keeps the defense guessing because he can attack the hole, make a cut and be gone before the defense has time to react.
