What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?
My pre-snap processing, composure, and coachability. I’m playing tackle and projecting interior. I work on being dependable every single snap. Working alongside our senior line captain, I help ID front-seven pressure points, communicate assignments clearly, and keep our unit calm through adversity. I don’t ride emotional highs or lows whether we just scored or need a 3rd down conv.
What are you working to improve right now?
Increasing foot quickness to match speed rushers without compromising my base or oversetting. It is easy to lean or get over-extended when trying to beat an edge to the spot, so I’m drilling to keep my chest up, strike violent hands, and maintain depth/width. Also mobility and strength are lifetime missions. I can always get stronger.
What are you looking for in a college program?
I love that mentality of: “We know we’re running it, they know we’re running it, let’s see who wins.” I want an offensive line coach who is demanding and holds the front five to being the engine and physical identity of the entire team. I want a locker room with zero entitlement that embraces the daily grind, and a university that pushes me academically as well.
Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?
Coaches should know that my foundation comes from growing up in a military household where accountability and effort weren't optional. I have realistic expectations about the work required at the next level. I show up early, I don’t miss workouts or practices, and I treat preparation like a job. Off the field, I treat people with respect and believe people can reach high standards with motivation.
What do you want to study, and what career interests you?
I am not committed to a path yet. I’m drawn to fields that require heavy problem-solving, structural logic, and analytical thinking. I’m currently exploring two main pathways. I’m likely either following my dad into law, or look at a degrees in physics or engineering.
