About Eyom

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My football gameplay as an ATH is characterized by versatility, athleticism, intelligence, impact, and adaptability. These qualities make you a dynamic and indispensable player on the field.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I don't wait until opportunities come to me; I look for them. I visualize my dreams, then work in the weight room, on the field, and in school to make them a reality. While I watch who I hang around, my mom always says I make friends easily, and she says I love helping others and which I do. I don't like to see people struggle even if they are my enemy.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I'm involved in Student Council and Band, and I was involved in choir, orchestra, and Healthy cooking club all at school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I believe that I am a person who, when no one is looking, and I have integrity and does the right thing, and that's what leaders to. I also love having teamwork because it makes people get along with each other, and it builds trust and loyalty between people on and off the field. And that's good on the field because it makes your teammate know that you have his back.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have been faced with challenges. I've been faced with something that hit me hard, but I'm not allowed to express it because it's personal and it's a family matter, but that has made me make personal sacrifices and made me have a mix of emotions when I was told this specific thing. This thing makes me push harder for that person. I made a promise that I'm going to the NFL, I plan on keeping it.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a D1 college with great athletic coaching and facilities, and also great academics, preferably in a warm climate, and a little bit of coldness. I'm also interested in a college that isn't known for it's sports players to get in trouble with the school and do bad things.

If you’re looking for a player that has a ton of content and film already available to dissect, look no further than EJ Reevey. With film from the prior season and videos of him showcasing the effort he has put in during the offseason, everything I’ve seen points towards an athlete with a very bright future in New Jersey and beyond.

What’s most impressive about EJ is his adaptability on both sides of the ball. Throughout the 2024 season you would find EJ lining up in the backfield, out wide, and even from a wingback position. Out of the backfield, EJ hits the hole with authority, picking up a ton of steam as he barrels through defenders. While he has proved successful as an RB, I think his true calling will end up being as a wide receiver. EJ displayed great hand eye coordination last season while he made a handful of acrobatic catches to reel the ball in.

A cornerback and safety as well, EJ is going to hear his name called quite often on the loud speaker for years to come.
