This class off 28 prospect hopped on my radar after having a pretty successful sophomore season. It was good to lay my eyes on him again for the first time this summer as I have already seen some major improvements to his game.

-Great size and build: At 6’3 190 pounds Evan looks like a physical specimen ready for the next level, he doesn’t just look the part as he uses his height and weight to his advantage. He is a real jump ball threat anywhere on the field against anybody! Whether it’s a go route, fade, post or corner, it’s closer to an 80/20 ball in Evans favor.

-Really good footwork: Evan doesn’t need any extra steps to get out of a break, he doesn’t reach or use choppy steps to get to his spots or landmarks.

-Advanced route tree: Improved route running ability as he had a lot of receptions running intermediate routes, good body movement and avoidance of defenders looking to jam and reroute
