A smart, sure-tackling linebacker in Gwinett County who can also make plays in coverage. Tompkins is an active, high-motor defender who understands his role and finds his way to the football. This under-the-radar senior linebacker has made an impressive 114 tackles and 22 TFLs and one pick-six against the pass. He’s lived in the backfield this fall and has shown why he’s one of the better defenders in the Norcross area. Tompkins and the Blue Devils will take on Lambert in the first round.

Tompkins continues to fly under the radar after continuing to put together productive seasons at LB. Great instinctive LB that has a nose for the football. He finished the season with 114 TT with an impressive 22 TFL and added a 62-yard INT return for a TD.
A solid 5’9 180 that obviously has spent time in the weight room. A natural football player that will hopefully garner more attention if the Blue Devils make a deep run in the post season.
