Elijah Fulton
About Elijah
Expert Analysis
Will Helms | Prep Redzone Scout
Though he plays in a lower classification than most of the rest of the guys on this list, Fulton is as legitimate an inclusion as there is at the linebacker position. He’s an outside backer who can fill running lanes like a Mike and rush the passer like an edge. His ball production when he makes contact is elite, too, with six forced fumbles in two seasons as a varsity starter.

Fulton put up excellent numbers last season and has put in the weight room work needed to take his game to the next level in 2025. While he plays some as an edge, he’s at his best off the ball, where he can read and react to what the offense is doing. He has great closing speed and he has the ability to disrupt opponents and cause plenty of havoc.

Elijah is a versatile defender who can play off ball or on the edge for his defense. As an off-ball player, Elijah shows good instincts to get to the football in the running game, with good speed and tackling ability in the open field. His defense also blitzed him from depth a good bit and Elijah affected the quarterback on multiple occasions on film with good acceleration to get into the backfield quickly. Elijah has received some college interest and as long as his production continues to increase with more reps, he should be an even more important player for his defense this upcoming season.
