Frazier is one of the top passers in the county. Seneca has relied on him to run their spread offense. He does a good job of pushing the ball downfield. He is very mobile and is able to extend plays with his feet. He senses pressure well and is able to make people miss in the open field. He does a good job of spreading the ball around to different receivers in different spots on the field. He is an accurate thrower of the ball and has great touch inside the pocket.

Frazier is a prime breakout candidate. He has the talent to push Anderson. He is a quarterback that plays with great poise. He does a great job of sensing pressure and avoiding rushers or getting rid of the ball. He has the arm talent to challenge defenses vertically downfield. He also puts good touch on the ball. His ball placement is very good. Frazier is also a good ball carrier. Frazier will have a very good season.
