Flores showed his versatility working out with the RBs on Sunday after working with the DBs at January’s showcase. He showed good footwork and ability to generate power through his low, compact pad level during individual drills. His playmaking ability shows up on film where he can get downhill behind his pads and generate force that’s difficult to corral in space. Flores should draw plenty of opportunities to showcase his ability out of the backfield for the defending D-2AA state champions this fall with the graduation of last season’s top four leading rushers including Colorado St. signee- Owen Long Owen Long 6'1" | 190 lbs | DB La Serna | 2024 State CA – but Flores might offer his highest upside as a physical S/LB with a strong coverage skillset at the next level.
