We just had Elias at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase this winter and he got a top performer nod from me from his performance in Aberdeen. The 5’9 165 pounder from Beresford, is a productive route-runner that wins his reps with his change of direction especially on intermediate routes as Elias has sound vision to get a plethora of yards after the catch time and time from what I saw in the live eval in Aberdeen and that matched with what you saw in 2025 on tape. He’s one prospect that plays with the chip on his shoulder on every rep he’s given and surely could be one that raises his stock by next update as the next Watchdog wide receiver to play at the next-level.

Elias finished in my top-tier when it came down to the wide receiver group in the live eval as there were plenty of skillsets that popped out at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase in Aberdeen. His change of direction was no joke early, as he ran a 6.98 L drill to start his day. Elias was also quite impressive with his hands as with all that change of direction at his disposal, he was able to get sound seperation and brought in some tough high traffic area receptions that also a good handful showed off how athletic this young man is when he is setting up around the ball. He shows off a smooth burst off the snap and was one of the purest finishers as a route-runner in the entire wide receiver group. Surely one that is climbing the 2027 SD radar quickly.

Despite being on the smaller end as far as measurables for WRs, Elias actually looked intriguing long with his lower body at 5’10 170 pound with the eye test alone. If you are looking for a route-runner in this 2027 class that has plenty of fluidity in the open field and on routes, Elias should be one you will want to look at upcoming out of Beresford. The position flexibility is also in this young man’s favor as one rep that really impressed me on tape was when Elias chased down a wide receiver from the opposite end of the field from the other cornerback spot and showed off the sideline ot sideline motor that he plays with.
