Dylan will be taking his talents to panther creek, and is also brining a strong skill set to the OL group. His ability to anchor in pass protection and stay engaged through contact makes him valuable.
Dylan had a solid day in the trenches and showed why offensive line play is about more than just size. He worked with good balance throughout drills, stayed under control with his footwork, and consistently finished reps. What stood out most was his willingness to be coached and make adjustments as the day went on.
Dylan is a 6’6 offensive lineman with an imposing frame that immediately stands out and gives him high-end positional value on the edge or interior depending on development. His length and size provide a strong foundation for long-term growth, and he has the type of build college programs project heavily at the next level.
What stands out with Dylan is his natural ability to occupy space. He can cover ground quickly for his size and shows flashes of being able to control matchups simply through length and positioning. As he continues to add strength and refine his technique, his physical tools give him significant upside.
In the run game, Dylan shows the ability to create leverage when he stays low and uses his frame correctly. He can seal edges and help generate lanes when his footwork is controlled. The next step for him is becoming more consistent with pad level and finishing through contact to maximize his size advantage.
